  I am certified to administer the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), a cross-culturally valid and reliable assessment of intercultural competence. Backed by data-driven insights, the IDI® is widely used across sectors and diverse demographics. It serves as a powerful tool for fostering accountability within leadership teams, ensuring measurable progress in intercultural development. 

Over 20 years of public speaking and facilitation experience. In 2023 & 2024 these included Radicle Personhood, CCDI, IWD, Lean In Canada, Conference Board Of Canada, Triec, NAAAP, Accelerate Her Future, HR Disrupt, Engineering and Tech Conferences and customized client engagements across Canada. 

 With over five years of hands-on experience, I specialize in recommending, co-creating, and implementing performance management systems that promote diversity, equity, and sustainability. My approach fosters clear pathways for growth and success by building inclusive workplaces and driving long-term organizational impact. I achieve this by shifting behaviors through awareness and fostering brave spaces for open dialogue and meaningful change. 

Certified in both Canada and the USA as a Diversity Inclusion Professional. (CCIP™ & CDE®).  With over 30 years of experience in Talent and Workforce Management, I specialize in evaluating and optimizing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
